Art Director

The Role

We are seeking an Art Director who can lead projects from concept to execution with a clear creative vision. You will guide designers and artists, collaborate with strategists and technologists, and ensure our work meets both aesthetic and strategic goals. This role requires both leadership and hands on creative skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the creative direction of projects across branding, digital, and motion

• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary design team

• Present and communicate creative concepts to clients and stakeholders

• Ensure quality and consistency across all visual outputs

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer in a creative agency or studio

• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative work

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with motion/interactive tools

• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills

• Ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking
