Medior Designer

The Role

We are looking for a Medior Designer with strong design foundations and the confidence to contribute independently to projects. You will collaborate with senior creatives, guide junior designers, and work across a variety of branding and digital assignments. This role is ideal for someone ready to step beyond junior level responsibilities and take ownership of their craft.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute design concepts for branding, web, and motion projects

• Collaborate with art directors and team members to bring creative ideas to life

• Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers

• Contribute to pitches and presentations with strong visuals

• Keep up with industry trends and experiment with new tools and techniques

Requirements

• 3–5 years of design experience in a creative studio or agency

• Strong portfolio showcasing brand and digital work

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with motion tools

• Ability to balance creativity with functionality and detail

• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
